ISO FR Resin is a medium viscosity, medium reactive, Pre-accelerated, high molecular weight Isophthalic based Fire retardant Unsaturated polyester resin, having self extinguishing properties. This resin is specially formulated for excellent resistance to water/corrosive atmosphere and extremely good mechanical properties over conventional Ortho based FR resin. The resin is formulated to offer rapid cure, quick tack free surface cure, optimum heat deflection temperature, Excellent salt/hydrostatic atmospheric resistance, Improved gloss/colour retention, Excellent fire resistance/low smoke combined with very low flammability.
